Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Yushin Yamamoto (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Stan Rivers (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Yamamoto's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg - On The Boulevard. Rivers has chosen Cyco Vision as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, William Peck and Robert Douchet.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A left lands for Rivers.
We've been hearing reports that Yamamoto has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.
Rivers rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Yamamoto moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Yamamoto uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Rivers.
Yamamoto will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Stan Rivers seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Rivers throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Yamamoto sees it coming and avoids it easily.

Rivers might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Yamamoto shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Rivers as he avoids it easily.

Rivers throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Yamamoto.
Rivers throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Yamamoto shoots in looking for a takedown. Rivers tries to sprawl out of it but Yamamoto keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Rivers manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

and Yamamoto counters with a nice double leg into side control. Rivers won't be happy with that.
Rivers takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Rivers sneaks out the side door and pushes Yamamoto away - he's back to his feet. The crowd show their appreciation for the escape.

And that's the end of the fight!
Stan Rivers comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I've got Rivers winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
