Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Johny Knows (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and The Hound (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The Hound struggled to make weight for this fight. He only made it down to 136.3lbs at the first attempt and had to take the additional two hours to make the official bout weight. Let's see how much it's taken out of him. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Knows swinging wildly here.
Knows throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.
Knows tries a head kick but it misses.
Knows just misses with a punch to the body.
Knows looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Hound.
Hound blocks a head kick by Knows.

Knows takes the fight into the clinch.

Hound gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground.
Hound trying to control but Knows is working from the bottom.
Hound not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
Knows knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Hound on the ground.
Knows is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Hound is controlling him.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Hound passes into half guard.
Hound uses his free foot to push down on Knows's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Knows.

Hound is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Knows can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.

Hound working for a submission here. He's tucked his head under his opponent's arm, looking for an arm triangle. He's hopped off into side control, looking to tighten the submission... is it going to work? He's given up a good position looking for it. Knows looks OK. Oh, I spoke too soon, he's out! That must have been tighter than I thought! Excellent work there by Hound! Submission of the night perhaps?
