Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Robbie Luatua (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Xingu Huka Huka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

9 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Xingu Huka Huka!
The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Jack Bonds and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Luatua uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Huka Huka.
A looping hook to the body misses from Luatua. Huka Huka does a little dance to reset his feet.
Huka Huka wants to clinch but Luatua slips to the side
and Luatua counters with a left to the body.
Luatua tries to move into range but Huka Huka moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Huka Huka ducks under a wild hook from Luatua.
Huka Huka throws the left hand but Luatua avoids the punch easily.
Huka Huka fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Luatua manages to avoid it.
Luatua swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
Huka Huka looks to land a right hand but Luatua moved out of range.
Huka Huka darts in trying to clinch
enabling Luatua to counter with a crisp jab.
It looks like Xingu Huka Huka has been cut.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Luatua lands a big uppercut and Huka Huka crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Huka Huka looks OK. Luatua waves Huka Huka back to his feet!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Luatua misses with a wild body shot.
Huka Huka bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Luatua's head backwards.
That's one minute gone in the round.
A telegraphed right hand from Huka Huka misses the target.
Luatua throws a quick counter kick to the body but Huka Huka avoids it.
Huka Huka stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Luatua.
Jab, jab by Luatua - just one landing.
Luatua connects with a body shot.
Luatua steps into range and unloads a brutal right left combo! Huka Huka is out on his feet! Luatua sets himself and nearly takes Huka Huka's head off with a straight right, sending him crashing to the mat! Wow, that was nasty... but awesome! Wooo!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:29 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Robbie Luatua!
