Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Casey Green (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Jacko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Tiny Johnson and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jacko clinches up against the cage.
Jacko wants a takedown but no success here.
Green breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Jacko fails with a takedown attempt.
Jacko shoots in and gets a takedown into Green's guard.
Green is pulling down on Jacko's head. It's preventing any offense from Jacko, at least for the moment.

Jacko isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Green stacks Jacko on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Green!
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Jacko can do anything to dispel that myth.
Green misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.
Green tries to land with some ground and pound but misses.
Green sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Jacko is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.

Green is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Jacko knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
Jacko really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Green. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Green's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Green shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Jacko napping and manages to drive through into side control!

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Jacko looks to move to half guard but instead Green has passed into mount! Damn!

Green has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Green has Jacko flattened out and is raining down punches.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Green is remaining active here, looking for the choke. The more discerning members of the crowd will appreciate his efforts.
Green cracks Jacko with a big shot to body and one to the head - really punishing Jacko from the back mount here, looking to soften him up.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Jacko moves in looking to clinch but Green pushes him off.
Green dives in for a single leg takedown but Jacko sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.

Green throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Jacko was covering up waiting for the punch and Green finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Green has managed to wall walk up one of the corner posts to get back to his feet. Jacko is pushing him up against the cage, looking to control the position.
Jacko wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.

Jacko throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Green's waist but Green gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Jacko off to one side.

John Jacko seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Green manages to create a bit of space in order to work his way back to his feet. Jacko keeps hold of his opponent and drives him back against the cage.
Jacko jumps guard but Green turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.
Green escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

John Jacko seems to be getting the better of the standup.

The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Green connects with a nice short shot to Jacko's temple.
John Jacko has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Casey Green is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
Green tries to pass to full mount but Jacko defends it.

I would just about give that final round to John Jacko.
I think Green has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
