Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Marcus Crollo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brian Robertson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Crollo takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Robertson throws a right and a left that both miss.
A head kick misses from Crollo.
Robertson connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Sloppy strikes from Robertson. Those never looked like landing.
Crollo throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
Crollo fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Robertson lands with a straight right. Crollo didn't see that one coming.
Robertson lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.

Robertson lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Crollo will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.

Robertson throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Robertson pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Crollo back to the cage. Robertson follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
Robertson takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
Robertson on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.

Crollo looks like he's developed a pretty tasty lump over his left eye. He'll need to avoid taking much more damage to that.

Well Robertson has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
