Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Santos Hart (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Yuri Boyka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Yuri Boyka will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Boyka moves into the clinch.
Hart tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Boyka smiles and moves away.

Boyka darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Hart punching from the bottom.
Hart could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Hart tries to regain full guard. Instead though, Boyka has advanced to mount. Uh oh.
Hart sneaks a leg under to get to half guard.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Hart pushes Boyka off and gets back to his feet.
Boyka throws a left and a right that both miss
and Hart counters with a straight punch to the midsection.

Boyka rushes Hart and presses him up against the cage.
Hart tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Boyka smiles and moves away.

Excellent takedown into side control there by Boyka.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Hart being controlled for a moment.
Hart tries to bench press Boyka off him but Boyka keeps the position.
Hart throws an elbow to the body but it doesn't land.
Hart might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Hart is looking to regain half guard here but Boyka keeps moving and retains side control.
Hart is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here.

Hart tries to improve position but can't.
Boyka controls the position.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Hart is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Boyka off and has taken his back!
