Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Daniel Price (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Daniel Hart (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hart has chosen Hide Your Tears as his entrance music. Daniel Price has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Daniel Price!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 14 - 16 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Daniel Hart!
The judges for this bout are , Timothy Bukovac and Frank Antenori.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hart throws a solid leg kick but Price takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Hart.
Hart lands a leg kick that knocks Price off balance momentarily.
Hart looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
Price digs a good body shot into Hart's ribs.
Hart throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
Hart tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Decent striking displayed by Price there.
Price rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Hart moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Price takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?

and Price counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Hart lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Hart misses with a takedown attempt - Price sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
It looked like Price was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Hart.

Hart throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Price ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Hart moves away.
Price's corner calls for a 1-2. Price obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Price misses with a body shot.
Hart drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Price defends it well.
A head kick misses from Hart.
Hart scores with a leg kick.
Hart is looking to land body kicks.
Hart is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Hart lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Price misses with an uppercut.
Hart pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Price definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.

Hart misses with a head kick.
Hart lands with a thumping leg kick.
Price takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Hart gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Price.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Hart throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
Hart tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Price defends well and Hart ends up having to push Price into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Hart with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Hart bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Hart fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Price avoids it really well and circles away.
Daniel Price has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Daniel Hart.

Price has taken the fight to the clinch.
Hart wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Price has him pressed against the cage.

Price's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Hart lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Price misses with a two punch combination.
Price fails with an attempt to clinch.
Hart throws a leg kick that is checked
letting Price counter with a right hand.

A quick step to the side and Price tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.
Hart slips under a jab.
Price throws a right and a left that both miss.
Sloppy strikes from Price. Those never looked like landing.

Price scores with a sloppy right hand. Hart should have avoided that one.
A head kick misses from Hart.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Hart slips a straight right by Price.
Hart throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
Price throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Hart doesn't manage to clinch there - Price circles away.
Hart wants to slow Price down by chopping away at his legs.
Daniel Hart seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A head kick by Hart misses
and Price counters with a nice uppercut.
Hart takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Price waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Hart.
Hart looks to land a combination but Price avoids it well.
Price went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Daniel Price will probably get the nod.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.

Price is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all.

Price lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Hart.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Hart throws a head kick but Price moves out of range.
Price lands a jab to the nose.


Hart is rocked!
Price cracks Hart with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Hart is still on wobbly legs! Can Price finish him?
Hart keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Price.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Hart looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

Price scores with a nice strike.
Price cracks Hart with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Hart tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Price pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Hart is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:15 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Daniel Price!
A relieved looking Daniel Price thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
