Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Bruno Ferreira (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tiburcio Valeriano (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tiburcio Valeriano will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A left and a right from Valeriano both land. Nice combination.

It looks like Bruno Ferreira has been cut.
Valeriano tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Ferreira was well out of range. Poor timing from Valeriano.

Ferreira tries to keep at a distance but Valeriano has taken the fight into the clinch.

Valeriano fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Ferreira has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

Ferreira shoots in but Valeriano avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Valeriano tries to close the distance and clinch up against the ropes but Ferreira paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Ferreira was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.

Ferreira throws a wild hook but Valeriano just manages to duck under it and - ooooh! Ferreira gets nailed by a brutal uppercut which crumples him back against the ropes! The referee jumps in - Valeriano raises his hands in celebration and walks away!
