Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, Phil Schofield and Richard Clark.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Victorious checks a leg kick.
Smith throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Victorious stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Smith cracks Victorious with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Smith gets caught flat footed, as Victorious shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Victorious wants to pass the guard but Smith is keeping the position.
Smith tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Smith keeping moving, preventing Victorious from controlling successfully.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Victorious looking to pass the guard.
Smith preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
Smith throwing some rather feeble looking strikes off his back.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Victorious throwing strikes from guard but Smith blocks nicely.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Victorious is stalling in the full guard.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.
Victor Victorious seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Smith fails to land with a series of punches.
Victorious tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Smith lands a nice leg kick that just misses Victorious 's sensitive parts.
Victorious fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Smith thinks about countering with a body kick.
Victorious doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Smith cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Victorious .
Ian Smith has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Victor Victorious .
Sloppy strikes from Victorious . Those never looked like landing.
Smith misses with a wild combination.
Victorious is trying to avoid his opponent's strikes and get into the clinch.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Victorious throws a wild body kick that Smith sees coming a mile off.
Smith throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body.
Smith feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Victorious sprawling to the canvas! Victorious rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Smith finish him?!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
A slapping body kick lands there for Smith.
Victorious gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Smith counters with a huge overhand right that connects right on the temple, sending him crumpling, face first to the floor! This one is all over! What a knockout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:25 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Ian Smith!

Ian Smith made sure to give a little speech post fight, saying 'How are you even alive? After the beating I put on you, I would thought you'd be dead!'.
