Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 32 - 20 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Steve Collins!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 20 - 8 - 1, fighting out of Sydney, JD Wildstein!
The judges for this bout are Joseph Jones, Jorge Garcia and Franklyn Lucas.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Collins fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Wildstein.
Collins getting the better of the striking in that exchange.
Collins swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Collins looks to score with a jab to the body but Wildstein is just out of range.
Wildstein throws a shot to the body.
Collins throws a leg kick which misses Wildstein's front leg but catches the back leg as Wildstein tries to avoid it.
Steve Collins seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
The crowd cheers as Wildstein lands an impressive looking overhand right. Collins doesn't seem phased though.
Collins lands a body shot.
Good leg kick by Wildstein there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Wildstein lands with a hook. Collins tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Wildstein tries to score with a low kick but Collins moves his leg out of the way.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Wildstein pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Collins lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Wildstein has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.
Nice body punch from Wildstein.
Nice uppercut there from Wildstein.
Collins lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Collins throws a leg kick but Wildstein checks it.
Wildstein connects with an inside leg kick.

A slow jab from Collins misses its intended target.
Collins throws a solid leg kick but Wildstein takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Collins.
Wildstein takes a head kick and shrugs it off.

Wildstein fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Collins, pushing him back against the cage.
Collins lands an uppercut.

Collins manages to break the clinch.
Collins throws a body punch but Wildstein moves out of range.
Wildstein throws out a leg kick but Collins moves out of range and Wildstein only half commits.
Collins connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Collins throws a leg kick that is checked
letting Wildstein counter with a right hand.
Collins is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Wildstein checks a low kick from Collins.
Wildstein is looking to slow Collins down with leg kicks.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Wildstein connects with an inside leg kick.
Steve Collins is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Wildstein feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Collins's calf.
Collins throws a low kick but Wildstein avoids it.
Collins moves into range and connects with a jab.

Wildstein lands an overhand right.
Collins goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
A solid leg kick lands there for Wildstein.
Wildstein throws out a leg kick but Collins moves out of range and Wildstein only half commits.
Wildstein walks into a stiff left hand from Collins.
Wildstein on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
A clash of legs there as Wildstein blocks the low kick.
Wildstein throws the left hand but Collins avoids the punch easily.
Wildstein uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Collins.
Wildstein is trying to avoid his opponent's strikes and get into the clinch.
A head kick from Wildstein lands but Collins takes it in his stride.


Collins is rocked!
That kick from Wildstein tenderised Collins's leg. Collins is trying to keep his angry face on.
Oh Collins is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Wildstein drops Collins with a straight left! Oh this is bad for Collins! Wildstein dives in and starts dropping bombs - the referee has no choice but to step in and save him!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:46 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). JD Wildstein!
JD Wildstein took to the mic in his post fight interview and said 'Brother told me I should quit playa hatin, but fuck that I'm not a quitter'.
