Leonit kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Chinese Rap . Ibario Leonit has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Badel swinging wildly here.
Badel scores with a nice head shot.
Badel tries for a takedown but Leonit circles away easily
and Leonit counters with a stiff right hand.
Badel misses with a jab, cross combination.
Leonit misses with a straight right.
Badel paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Badel has Leonit up against the cage in a clinch.
Badel cracks Leonit with a nice body shot.
Badel stalls.

Badel lands with a left to the head.
Badel has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Leonit avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
Ibario Leonit has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Seljak Badel.

and Badel counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Leonit!

Badel works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head.
In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Badel working his ground and pound in the gym. So far it seems to be working well.

Leonit is rocked!
Badel lands a big left to the face of Leonit, bouncing his head like a basketball. Another shot from Badel and another - Leonit is out! Badel stands up and salutes his fans, who are going crazy in the stands.

During a confident post fight interview, Seljak Badel thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
