Tarnowski comes to the cage accompanied by Hemp Gru - Sami swoi . Stamatis has chosen Lose Yourself as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Tarnowski throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.

Stamatis gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Tarnowski counters with a thumping low kick.

Stamatis shoots in but Tarnowski avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Stamatis lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Tarnowski backwards.
With the two fighters working up against the cage, Tarnowski just misses with a elbow thrown towards Stamatis's brow.
Both guys are working to get underhooks.

Tarnowski pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Stamatis throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Tarnowski stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Tarnowski takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Stamatis has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Stamatis there as he acknowledges the shot.
Tarnowski throws a half hearted mid kick.

Tarnowski lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Stamatis circles away quickly and effectively.
Stamatis swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.

Tarnowski fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Stamatis manages to avoid it.
Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from Stamatis! Tarnowski is out on his feet! Stamatis rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - Tarnowski is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Tarnowski is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.
