Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Jay Criller (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rob Massey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rob Massey will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Jorge Garcia, Bruno Lombardi and Reed Andrews.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Massey throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Massey feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Criller sprawling to the canvas! Criller rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Massey finish him?!
Criller is rocked!
Criller bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Oh Criller is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Massey throws an off balance right hand
and Criller counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
Criller is breathing heavily.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Massey wants to improve his position but Criller is controlling well.

Massey gets full guard.
Massey is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Massey tries to bench press Criller off him but Criller keeps the position.

That was a close round but I would say that Jay Criller will probably get the nod.

Criller gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Massey fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Massey steps in with a hook that catches Criller right on the chin and knocks him to the floor! Massey follows him down with more strikes and that's all she wrote! Criller looks absolutely devastated.
