The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Ben Zyskovitsi and Johanna Lukiainen.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sergei works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
A head kick misses from Sergei.
Silakka misses with a takedown attempt
and Sergei counters with a left to the body.

Sergei moves into the clinch.
Silakka has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Sergei after a bit of a struggle.
Silakka tries to score a body lock takedown but Sergei shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
Clerck Sergei has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Timo Silakka.

Sergei escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Silakka slips a jab and a cross from Sergei.

Sergei lands a big head kick that sends Silakka tumbling to the mat! Sergei takes a step backwards and waves Silakka back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Silakka is rocked!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Sergei slaps away a takedown attempt from Silakka, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Silakka is still on wobbly legs! Can Sergei finish him?
Sergei looks for a left high kick but can't connect. Sergei backs up to catch a breather... no he lunges forward with a huge flying knee that smacks Silakka's temple! It sends Silakka violently to the canvas! The crowd goes nuts as Sergei celebrates and the doctors try to help Silakka!
