The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dennis misses with a few strikes there.

Garcia looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.

Garcia is looking for a kimura but Dennis is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Garcia to get the leverage.
Garcia tries to stand but his arm is trapped.

Dennis bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Garcia's guard.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Garcia thuds his shin into the meat of Dennis's side.
Garcia dips down and scores with a jab to the body.

Dennis manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Garcia manages to get himself to full guard.

Dennis is breathing heavily.

Dennis postures up in Garcia's guard and throws a big left but Garcia blocks it.

Garcia has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Dennis defend it? Garcia steps over the head and cranks it - Dennis is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Garcia!
