Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Nic Newcomer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dag Luther (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Newcomer's entrance music is High by Lil Wayne. A fine choice. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A head kick misses from Newcomer.
Newcomer lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

It looks like Dag Luther has been cut.

Luther closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Newcomer to the mat! Newcomer manages to get full guard.

Luther is trying to work for a kimura. He's got his hands clasped together - this could be trouble! No, Newcomer has managed to free his arm - good work.
Newcomer knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Luther on the ground.
Luther is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount!

Newcomer is trying to escape the mount but Luther keeps good control and instead manages to take Newcomer's back.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Luther is working for the choke. I would put my money on him to finish from this position. He's rolled onto his back and has dragged Newcomer with him. Newcomer is trying to defend but Luther has an arm under the chin now! Newcomer grimaces and is forced to tap out!
