Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Shimada, Yukihiro Yamamoto and Shirou Masuda.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Law looks to score with a jab to the body but Kid is just out of range.
A thudding body kick lands there by Kid!
Law swings and misses with a hook to the body.

and Law counters with a body kick that stops Kid in his tracks momentarily.
Kid throws a sloppy head kick
and Law counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Kid takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.

It looks like Karate Kid has been cut.

It looked like Law wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.

Law has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
