Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Cristiano Nguyen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jake LaMotta (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). LaMotta has chosen Cavalleria Rusticana: Intermezzo as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Jake LaMotta acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Cristiano Nguyen!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
37 - 24 - 0, fighting out of London, Jake LaMotta!
The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, Richard Clark and Paul Tew.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
LaMotta gets in close and instigates a clinch.
A short right from LaMotta on the inside.
Nguyen takes a shot to the head.
LaMotta works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard.
Nguyen preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
LaMotta wants to control from the top but Nguyen keeps moving.
Nguyen can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as LaMotta controls the pace.
LaMotta throws a big elbow that misses.
LaMotta passes into half guard.
LaMotta is taking a breather. Nguyen says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.

LaMotta winds up and cracks Nguyen with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
LaMotta is looking to take a break and control but Nguyen is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Nguyen definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.

Nguyen tries to lock up and control but LaMotta gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

LaMotta has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
LaMotta lands a heavy shot. That's hurt Nguyen! LaMotta sees the opportunity and turns up the heat - strike after strike land to the defenseless Nguyen and the ref dives in to save him! This one is all over!
