Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Sepp Maier (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ben Zanotto (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Maier's entrance music is Apaga mas não bate. A fine choice. Zanotto has chosen Ben Zanotto -by- Rancid as his entrance music. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Maier moves into range and clinches up with Zanotto.
Zanotto struggles to land a body shot inside as Maier controls his hands.
Zanotto goes for a takedown in the clinch but Maier prevents it.
Zanotto drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Maier pushes off an throws an elbow but Zanotto leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage.

Maier wants to clinch up but Zanotto keeps it at a distance.

Maier tries to counter by moving into the clinch but Zanotto manages to circle out of the way.
Maier doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Zanotto cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

Zanotto leaves Maier with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
