The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Maxiq rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Hoffman counters with a nice double leg into half guard.
Hoffman prevents Maxiq from standing back up.
Hoffman is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Maxiq sees it coming and defends easily.
Hoffman maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Maxiq could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Hoffman has cracked it and Maxiq is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Hoffman !
