Havener comes to the cage accompanied by My Dick: Mickey Avalon. Andrew Havener could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Paul Mackintosh's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 15 - 20 - 3, fighting out of St Petersburg, Andrew Havener!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 6 - 0, fighting out of London, Paul Mackintosh!
The judges for this bout are Ivan Kurochkin, Sergei Dronov and Dmitry Maklakov.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mackintosh connects with a crisp jab.
Havener throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Mackintosh counters with a one-two to the body.
Havener misses with a head kick.
Havener tries to close the distance and clinch but Mackintosh swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Havener looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Havener dodges the punch combination from Mackintosh.
Mackintosh with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Havener to score with a decent uppercut.

Havener closes the distance and clinches.
Mackintosh is looking for a takedown.

Mackintosh's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Mackintosh throws a series of punches but Havener moves out of range.
Havener throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Havener works Mackintosh's body with a nice hook.

Havener closes the distance and clinches.
Mackintosh blocks an elbow strike from Havener.
Havener tries to land knees in the clinch but Mackintosh avoids the damage to the body.
Havener has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Mackintosh avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
Havener tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Mackintosh just stands there and leans against the cage.
Mackintosh blocks an elbow strike.
Mackintosh tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Havener's elbow.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Mackintosh can't find room to land a body shot as Havener controls the action.
Havener tries for a takedown. No joy.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Andrew Havener. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Havener is breathing heavily.
Mackintosh tries to break the clinch but Havener is controlling the position.
Mackintosh misses with a short punch on the inside.
A right hook to the body lands for Mackintosh.
Mackintosh managing to block the knees to the body from Havener.

Mackintosh escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Mackintosh motions for Havener to come forward. Mackintosh throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Havener misses with a hook to the body
and Mackintosh counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!

Mackintosh gets a clinch.

Mackintosh breaks from the clinch.
Mackintosh connects with a single shot there.
Mackintosh fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Havener.

Mackintosh shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Havener manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Mackintosh drops back looking for a leg! Havener is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Havener manages to kick Mackintosh off! Mackintosh jumps back into Havener's guard.
Mackintosh slips nicely into half guard, despite the strikes coming from Havener.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Mackintosh works his way into side control.
Havener on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Havener tries to get out of the position.
Mackintosh trying to control the position but Havener is working away.
Mackintosh tries to move to mount but Havener blocks the move with his legs.
Mackintosh advances to mount.

That's three minutes gone in the round.

Mackintosh looking for a guillotine from mount but Havener is having none of it.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Mackintosh forces the positional change into back control.
Havener is trying to stand back up.

Mackintosh working from the back looking to end the fight with a rear naked choke. Havener is doing well to defend. Mackintosh seems to have got his hand under the chin though and he's sunk the choke in! Havener is forced to tap and this one is over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:54 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Paul Mackintosh!
During a confident post fight interview, Paul Mackintosh thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
Andrew Havener was interviewed post fight and said 'Win/lose I love an ass beating'.
