Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Distor Centura (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Flash Gordon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Centura comes into the arena with 12 Stones - Bulletproof blaring out of the sound system. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Gordon, right into the meat.

A close round but Flash Gordon will probably get the nod.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Centura closes the distance and clinches up with Gordon, looking for a takedown. Centura pushes Gordon against the cage but Gordon circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
A nice inside leg kick there by Gordon. That's going to slow Centura down.
Flash Gordon seems to be getting the better of the standup.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Gordon enables Centura to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Gordon manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Distor Centura overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

Centura manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Gordon manages to get himself to full guard.

Centura has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Gordon can do anything to dispel that myth.

Centura shoots in looking for a takedown. Gordon tries to sprawl out of it but Centura keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Gordon manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Centura changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Gordon tries to avoid it but Centura manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Gordon to the ground. Gordon escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
