The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Azeredo tests Cook's chin there with a solid looking shot.

Azeredo moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.


It looks like John Cook has been cut.
Cook has his takedown stuffed
and Azeredo counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Cook staying out of range there.
Azeredo defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Cook.

Cook scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Cook swings around for an armbar but Azeredo sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Cook's guard.

Azeredo is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
