Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Silent Bob (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jackson Teller (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Teller has chosen This Life as his entrance music. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Silent Bob!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jackson Teller!
The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, and Don Winkell.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A shot to the liver by Teller. Beautiful body shot.
Teller lands with a straight right. Bob didn't see that one coming.

A solid body kick from Bob.
Teller blocks a jab.
Teller let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land.
Bob moves away from the strike by Teller.
Bob scores with a head kick.
Bob has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Bob there as he acknowledges the shot.
Teller swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Bob lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Bob shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Bob was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Bob creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Teller sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Bob laying and praying for a moment but Teller takes advantage and regains half guard.

Bob not landing any meaningful shots this time.
Bob is trying to control the action in half guard but Teller is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.

Teller felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it.

Bob has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Bob lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.

Teller has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Bob is working away from the top position though.

The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
Bob dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Teller. That did some damage!

Teller connects with a body shot that sends Bob's belly button to the back.
Teller throws a push kick but Bob slaps the foot to one side.
An attempted straight right counter from Bob misses the target.

A nice inside leg kick there by Bob. That's going to slow Teller down.
Bob throws the kick towards the body but Teller avoids it.

Teller throws a big shot that misses.
Bob tries to counter with a takedown but Teller is quick to defend against it.
Teller takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.

Bob uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Teller.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Teller throws an overhand right that lands on Bob's shoulder, as Bob tries to avoid the shot.
Bob lands with a thumping leg kick.
Silent Bob seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Bob misses with a takedown attempt - Teller sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Teller scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Nice uppercut lands for Teller. That snapped Bob's head back.
A looping hook to the body misses from Teller. Bob does a little dance to reset his feet.
Teller throws an overhand right that lands on Bob's shoulder, as Bob tries to avoid the shot.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Teller lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Bob has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Bob and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.


Bob throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Bob looks to land a left hand but Teller moved out of range nicely.
Teller is trying to counter with his kicks.
Bob moves out of range as Teller strikes.
Bob swings away with a leg kick that misses.
Teller throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Bob looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Teller cracks the inside of Bob's front leg.
Bob tries to work over Teller's front leg with a kick but Teller checks it.
Teller looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Bob throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Teller's head.
Teller moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Bob is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Teller can do to turn this around?

Bob feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Teller's calf.
Bob throws a leg kick which misses Teller's front leg but catches the back leg as Teller tries to avoid it.
Jackson Teller is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Bob misses with a low kick as Teller jumps back.
Teller lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Teller is looking to chop away at Bob's legs.
Teller throws an overhand right that lands on Bob's shoulder, as Bob tries to avoid the shot.
A little feinted left hand from Bob on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.

Bob closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Teller did well to prevent Bob getting side control.
Bob is taking a breather. Teller says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Bob is looking to advance position but Teller won't allow it.

The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.

Teller misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Teller throws a big shot that misses.
Bob misses with a wild combination.
Teller throws a hook to the side of Bob's head but Bob sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Bob lands a leg kick that knocks Teller off balance momentarily.
Teller is looking to land body kicks.
Teller's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Teller duly obliges.
A decent looking cross lands there for Bob.
Teller connects with a leg kick. Bob looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.

The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Bob checks a leg kick.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! And we move into the final round!


Bob thuds his right hand into Teller's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Bob tries to work over Teller's front leg with a kick but Teller checks it.
A bone on bone clash there as Teller blocks the leg kick.
Bob moves in looking to clinch but Teller pushes him off.
Bob throws a nice outside leg kick.
Bob defending well as Teller loads up on a big left hand.
Teller throws a solid leg kick but Bob takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Teller.
Teller dips to his left and cracks Bob with an uppercut!
Bob rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
letting Teller counter with a right hand.

Bob throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.

Teller throws a good cross that connects.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Teller breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

A lazy left from Bob finds it's target.
It looks like Bob has been trying to sharpen up his punching technique, as it looks crisper than last time we saw him.
Teller connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
A decent looking body kick lands there for Teller.

Bob moves out of range of the body kick from Teller.
Teller keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Bob digs a good hook to Teller's body.
Bob connects with a leg kick. Teller looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.

Bob lands a leg kick that knocks Teller off balance momentarily.

Teller scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.

letting Bob counter with a right hand.

Bob takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.

and Teller counters with a straight right hand.
Bob does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Silent Bob is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
Nice straight punches there by Teller. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Teller.

I would just about give that final round to Jackson Teller.
