Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Doc Dykstra (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Aleksandar Dragovic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dykstra sizes up Dragovic with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.

Dragovic has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Dykstra.
Dykstra could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Dykstra stuns Dragovic with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Dykstra bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.

Dragovic uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Dykstra.
Dragovic with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Dykstra to score with a decent uppercut.
Dykstra stuns Dragovic with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Dragovic on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Dykstra. Dykstra obviously looking to wear him down.
A kick lands to the mid section there for Dykstra.

Dykstra jabs Dragovic to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Dykstra lands a nice looking kick to the body. Dragovic takes a step back to recover.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Dykstra throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body.
Dykstra thuds his right hand into Dragovic's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Dykstra lands a nice leg kick that just misses Dragovic's sensitive parts.

Dragovic is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Dragovic stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Dykstra.

Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Dykstra.
Dykstra ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Dragovic moves away.
As Dykstra backs off Dragovic throws a huge counter combo but Dykstra manages to avoid it all.

Good leg kick by Dykstra there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Dykstra lands a nice shot that snaps Dragovic's head back.

Dykstra fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Dragovic looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Dykstra feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Dragovic's calf.
Crunch! Dykstra slams his shin into Dragovic's torso.
Dykstra is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Dykstra fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Dragovic.
Dykstra dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Dragovic. That did some damage!
Dragovic takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Dykstra lands a nice shot to the body.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Dykstra is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Dragovic can do to turn this around?

Dykstra throws a leg kick which misses Dragovic's front leg but catches the back leg as Dragovic tries to avoid it.
Dykstra lands with a straight right. Dragovic didn't see that one coming.
Doc Dykstra seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Dykstra drops Dragovic with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Dragovic looks back up at him and smiles so Dykstra waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Dragovic gets caught by a big overhand right and goes down! Dykstra gets on top of him and starts throwing some serious punches until the ref intervenes and stops the fight!
