Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ben Barnes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Davor Langerholc (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 16 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Ben Barnes!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 20 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Davor Langerholc!
The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Marco Blurström and Ben Zyskovitsi.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Barnes throws a leg kick

and Langerholc counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Langerholc.
Barnes is looking to stand up but Langerholc isn't so interested in that idea.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Langerholc is working for a kimura but Barnes is defending it quite comfortably.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Langerholc is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Barnes defends it well.
Barnes wants to control but Langerholc is keeping busy and won't allow it.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Langerholc has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
Langerholc is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

You can see the frustration on Barnes's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Barnes is in a bad position, trying to hold on for dear life but he is really struggling to maintain any sort of control.

Langerholc thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
