Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jeremy Barrett (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vince Dixon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Dixon throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Barrett's waist but Barrett gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Dixon off to one side.
Barrett is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range.
Dixon stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Barrett.
Barrett lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.

Barrett lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
It really doesn't seem like the step up in weight is hurting Barrett here at all. He's more than holding his own against the bigger man.
