The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silver has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Richards.

Silver shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Richards eats them both and turns towards Silver to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.

Richards has not gone for a single takedown so far in this fight, which seems like a very strange tactic when you consider that he has the superior wrestling and BJJ.

Johnny Silver decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
