Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lajos Toldiett (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Anton Toni (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Toldiett's entrance music is Eminem - Loose yourself. A fine choice. Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Aafke Stam, Saam Ante and Daniel Blasius.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A solid leg kick lands there for Toni.
That kick from Toni tenderised Toldiett's leg. Toldiett is trying to keep his angry face on.
Toldiett closes this distance looking for a takedown but Toni circles away.
Toni is looking to slow Toldiett down with leg kicks.
Toldiett takes one on the button.

It looks like Lajos Toldiett has been cut.
Toni slips a straight right by Toldiett.
Toni throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.
Toni tries to clinch there but Toldiett circles away.
Nice uppercut lands for Toldiett. That snapped Toni's head back.
Toni scores with a head kick.
Toldiett avoids the head kick by Toni.
Toni lands a slapping body shot.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Toldiett misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Toldiett throws the left hand but Toni avoids the punch easily.
Toldiett throws a lazy uppercut
and Toni counters with a nice body kick.

Toni closes the distance and clinches.
Toni lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Toldiett or not.
Toni prevents Toldiett from breaking the clinch.
Toldiett wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Toni has him pressed against the ropes.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Toni.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Toni lands a right hand.
Toldiett blocks an uppercut.
Toni lands a shot to the body.
Toldiett is breathing heavily.
Toni works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.
Toni is trying to maintain a safe position but Toldiett gets an underhook and turns Toni into the ropes.
Toldiett is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the ropes.
With the fighters clinched against the ropes, Toni creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
Toni fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Toni lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.

Toldiett is rocked!
Toni scores with an uppercut up the middle.
Oh Toldiett is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Toni takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.

Toni pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Toni's coach down at Elite Fighting Temple was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Toni's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
Toldiett wants to stay close but Toni steps back to make room for something. Toldiett seems frozen to the spot and bam! huge swing of the leg from Toni and Toldiett drops like he has been shot! A huge head kick and it's all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:42 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Anton Toni! Anton Toni retains his heavyweight title!
