The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Slayer moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Horse has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Slayer.

Horse takes the fight into the clinch.
Slayer stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body.
Slayer throws a punch but it's blocked by Horse.
Slayer misses with some punches.
Slayer blocks an uppercut.
A head punch blocked on the inside by Slayer.
Horse blocks a body shot from Slayer.
Slayer misses with a punch on the inside.
Slayer lands with a light punch inside.
Slayer pushes Horse back against the cage and unloads with a body punch.

Toby Slayer has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Leather Horse.

Horse is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Leather Horse seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Slayer doesn't manage to clinch there - Horse circles away.
A good leg kick by Slayer.
Horse smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Slayer connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Slayer tries to move into range but Horse moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Horse takes a head kick and shrugs it off.

Horse is rocked!

Slayer closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Horse is still on wobbly legs! Can Slayer finish him?
Slayer lands an uppercut in the clinch that drops Horse to his knees! Slayer keeps firing more shots against his stricken opponent and the referee jumps in to save him!
