The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Cunningham gets in close and instigates a clinch.

Dennis tries to close the distance and clinch up but Cunningham swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Micah Dennis seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
The fight stays on the outside here - Dennis looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Cunningham has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Dennis uses from the top position.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Dennis accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
