The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kluge lands with an overhand left.
Tickel fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Kluge avoids it really well and circles away.
Tickel tries for a takedown but Kluge sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Tickel shoots in looking for a takedown but Kluge manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Tickel's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Kluge is looking to counter punch.
Coaker Kluge has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Will Tickel.
Kluge rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Tickel moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Kluge misses with a straight right.
Tickel drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Kluge defends it well.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Tickel.
Kluge takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Tickel uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Kluge.

Tickel tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Tickel has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Kluge avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Tickel.
Kluge is looking to reverse the position.

Kluge wants to get up but he can't break Tickel's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

Tickel looking for a triangle here. Kluge is fighting it but it looks tight! Tickel pulls the arm across and this one won't last much longer! Nope, Kluge is tapping out - this one is all over!
