Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Blackbeard The Pirate (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Red Wolf (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Wolf has chosen Shawnee Sioux War Dance as his entrance music. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The Pirate tries to clinch but Wolf is having none of it.
The Pirate throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Wolf just misses with a punch to the body.
The Pirate tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target.
We've been told by The Pirate's head coaches at Team Beta Male that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
The Pirate rushes Wolf and presses him up against the cage.

The Pirate lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.
We've been informed that Wolf has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.

The Pirate lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
The Pirate tries to land knees in the clinch but Wolf avoids the damage to the body.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Wolf is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. The Pirate is defending well for now.

The Pirate lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.
Wolf pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Wolf blocks a leg kick.
Wolf let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land.
The Pirate drives through and clinches with Wolf against the cage.
Wolf tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and The Pirate avoids it.

The Pirate moves away from the strike by Wolf.
Wolf moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Wolf throws the kick towards the body but The Pirate avoids it.
The Pirate lands a jab to the head.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
The Pirate misses the shot to the body.
Wolf misses with a right hand
and The Pirate counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.
The Pirate throws a head kick that half lands.
The Pirate moves away from the strike by Wolf.
Wolf looks to land a right hand but The Pirate moved out of range.
Wolf chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before The Pirate can pounce on him.
Wolf has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from The Pirate.
A nice inside leg kick there by The Pirate. That's going to slow Wolf down.
Wolf misses with a head kick.
The Pirate scores with a body shot.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Blackbeard The Pirate dominated that round.
That's time! Back to the action!
Wolf misses with a hook
and The Pirate makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
Wolf throws a sloppy head kick and The Pirate moves out of range easily.
Wolf swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
The Pirate lands with a kick to the temple. Wolf shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
Wolf is rocked!

After the fight, Blackbeard The Pirate was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
