Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Gab Showman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rogue Four (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rogue Four has the eye of the tiger tonight.

The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Wesley Smith and Tiny Johnson.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Four moves out of range as Showman strikes.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Four has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Showman scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Showman displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Four.

Four closes the distance and clinches.
Four has Showman pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Showman manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.

Four pulls guard effortlessly.

Showman drops back, looking for a kneebar! Four looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Four looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Four!

Showman tries to bench press Four off him but Four keeps the position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Four is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Showman is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Four wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Showman, who protects the arm well.
Showman is looking for a sweep.

Four is nestled in close to Showman, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

Showman makes some distance and scrambles quickly back to his feet. Nice work!

Four tries to score a power double leg takedown but Showman sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Four somewhat.
Gab Showman has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Rogue Four.

Showman throws a hook but Four avoids it easily.

Gab Showman is winning the standup battle so far.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Showman.
A decent looking cross lands there for Showman.
Four wants to clinch up but Showman keeps it at a distance.
Nice defenses there by Four.
Four steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Showman.
Four takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.

Four rushes Showman and presses him up against the cage.
Showman is clearly stalling here... Pick up the pace son.

Four has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Showman regains guard immediately.

Showman has momentary wrist control but Four slips an elbow through the middle.
Both fighters have adopted an aggressive gameplan on the ground!
Four scores with a decent looking elbow strike.
Four with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Showman working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Four doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Four manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Four is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Showman is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
