Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Saleem Al Khan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Abe Cain (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Al Khan comes to the cage accompanied by Three Days Grace - Scared. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Saleem Al Khan!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
4 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Abe Cain!
The judges for this bout are , Jack Bonds and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cain feints and then cracks Al Khan's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Al Khan down.
Horrible takedown attempt by Cain or perhaps it was just good defense by Al Khan, which made it look bad.
Al Khan feinted with a counter takedown.
Cain drops Al Khan with a beautiful combination! Al Khan stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Cain is looking for the KO!
Al Khan is rocked!
Cain has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Al Khan shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Cain pinned against the cage. Cain gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Abe Cain seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Cain throws a sloppy head kick and Al Khan moves out of range easily.
Al Khan tries to counter with a takedown but Cain is quick to defend against it.
Al Khan pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Al Khan shoots in for a takedown but Cain shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
And Cain responds with a good body kick, but Al Khan manages to step out the way in time.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Cain throws a sloppy head kick and Al Khan moves out of range easily.
Al Khan attempts a counter takedown but Cain avoids it well and moves away.
Cain tries a head kick but it misses.
Al Khan feinted with a counter takedown.
Cain is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Al Khan misses with a kick to the body.
Cain throws a push kick but Al Khan slaps the foot to one side.
Al Khan half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range.
Cain moves into the clinch successfully.
Al Khan drops down looking for an ankle pick but Cain pulls his leg out and moves away.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Saleem Al Khan. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Cain fails with a takedown attempt.
Cain wants to clinch up but Al Khan keeps it at a distance.
Cain misses with a kick to the body.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Cain.
Cain doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Al Khan counters with a shoot takedown. Cain fights it but they end up in guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Al Khan controlling from the top position.
Cain is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Al Khan wants to pass the guard but Cain is keeping the position.
Al Khan drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Cain manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Al Khan has Cain in his guard.
Al Khan has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Cain should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Al Khan has tightened it up now! Cain should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Saleem Al Khan!
Saleem Al Khan looked relieved post fight as he said the following; 'I am the freedom fighter, I'll fight for my people until death, and represent my land everywhere I go, look out for me!'.
