Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between JR Adams (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ramon Abelardo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Adams kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is 'Looking For The Stone' by Dry Branch Fire Squad. Ramon Abelardo will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Abelardo lands a front kick.
Abelardo tries to sprawl but Adams drives through with a takedown into half guard.
Adams wants to lay and pray for a moment but Abelardo keeps working.

Abelardo has scooted to the edge of the canvas and used the cage to get back to his feet. Adams has stuck on his opponent and is forcing him back against the cage.

Adams has been working on his balance at Lock and Roll Grappling Gym, so perhaps that has help him stuff some of the takedown attempts by Abelardo.

Adams throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Abelardo's waist but Abelardo gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Adams off to one side.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Adams shoots in for a takedown but Abelardo shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

Adams is looking to wear down Abelardo with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.
Adams on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Abelardo. Abelardo obviously looking to wear him down.
Adams bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.

JR Adams showed his dominance in that final round.
