Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Ivan Drago (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dae Kyung Kim (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Arvi Lind, Roosa Järviläinen and Marco Blurström.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kim manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Drago on his heels. He'll look to pass Drago's guard now, I'm sure.
Kim thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Drago being controlled here, momentarily.
Drago is trying to control the position but Kim postures up.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Drago is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Kim trying to control the position from guard on top but Drago is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Drago scores with a jab. Kim acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Kim circles away from the clinch attempt.
Drago lands a jab.
Drago misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
It seemed like Kim was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Drago lands an overhand right.
Good shot there by Drago.
Drago misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Kim.
Kim drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Drago defends it well.
Nice shot lands for Drago.

Kim walks into a jab.
Drago lands a right hook to the body.
Kim gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Drago.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Kim ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Kim throws out a counter right but Drago avoids it with no problem.
Drago misses with a body shot.
Drago throws a lazy right hand but Kim sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Drago misses with an uppercut
and Kim counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
Kim is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Drago is not content to let Kim control the position.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Kim trying to mount his opponent but Drago defends it.
Drago trying to control here but he's found himself mounted! Oh no!
Kim has been taking part in the yoga sessions down at Koru MMA. Presumably he's going to look for a slick submission... Or maybe he's looking to avoid one.
Drago avoids a series of strikes thrown by Kim.
Drago tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Kim swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Drago is now in Kim's guard. A big mistake from Kim there, giving up the dominant position!
Kim trying to keep a closed guard but Drago is proving a slippery customer.

Kim is working actively from the bottom, looking for submissions. He's escaped his hips to the side and he's going for an armbar! Drago has his hands clasped together but Kim extends and breaks Drago's desperate grasp, forcing a tap out due to armbar! Nice BJJ displayed there by Kim.
