Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jiu Jitsu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ludovic Presle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jitsu's entrance music is Nikkfurie- The a la Menthe. A fine choice. Jiu Jitsu has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 26 - 21 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Jiu Jitsu!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 30 - 21 - 1, fighting out of Los Angeles, Ludovic Presle!
The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Frank Dennis and Daniel Franklin.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jitsu fails to land the takedown.
Presle has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Jitsu is landing a low percentage of strikes.
Presle stuffs the takedown attempt from Jitsu. Jitsu gets slowly back to his feet.
Jitsu dives in for a single leg takedown but Presle sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jiu Jitsu. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Presle drops Jitsu with a beautiful combination! Jitsu stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Presle is looking for the KO!


Jitsu is rocked!


It looks like Jiu Jitsu has been cut.
Presle displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Jitsu.
Oh Jitsu is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Presle throws a right hand that Jitsu ducks under and follows up with a left that Jitsu also avoids with ease.
Jitsu seems to have got his legs back now.
Presle fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Jitsu checks it well.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Presle slaps away a takedown attempt from Jitsu, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Jitsu shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Presle sprawls well. Presle wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Jitsu gets slowly back to his feet.
Jitsu tries to clinch up.
Presle misses the jab.
Presle misses with an uppercut.
Presle lands a jab to Jitsu's midsection.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Presle wants to slow Jitsu down by chopping away at his legs.
Jitsu looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
A nice side step and Presle releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.
Jitsu shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Presle as he avoids it easily.
Nice body punch from Presle.
Presle stuffs the takedown.
It seemed like Presle was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Presle is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Jitsu.
Jitsu wants to take advantage of his opponent's missed offense by moving into the clinch.
Jitsu tries to score a power double leg takedown but Presle sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Jitsu somewhat.
Jitsu is breathing heavily.
Presle lands a slapping body shot.
Jitsu looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Jitsu misses with a double jab.
Presle unleashes a big counter combination but Jitsu bobs and weaves and avoids any damage.
Jitsu gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Presle.
Jitsu really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Presle lands a big uppercut and Jitsu crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Jitsu looks OK. Presle waves Jitsu back to his feet!

That's two minutes gone in the round.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Jitsu checks a low kick from Presle.
Presle looks to land a left hand but Jitsu moved out of range nicely.
Jitsu tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Presle defends well and Jitsu ends up having to push Presle into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Jitsu shoots in looking for a takedown but Presle manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Jitsu's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Presle leaves Jitsu with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Presle doesn't fully commit to the body shot counter.
Jitsu swinging wildly here.
Presle looks like he wants to counter punch here.
Jitsu avoids a punch combination nicely.
Presle throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Jitsu.
Crunch! Presle slams his shin into Jitsu's torso.
Presle misses with a hook.
Jitsu wants to take advantage of his opponent's missed offense by moving into the clinch.
Jitsu slips under a jab from Presle.
Presle moves into range and connects with a jab.
Jitsu misses with the combination.
No joy there for Presle, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Presle misses with a two punch combination.
An inside leg kick lands from Presle.
Jitsu is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

Presle feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Jitsu sprawling to the canvas! Jitsu rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Presle finish him?!
Jitsu throws a series of punches but Presle avoids them all with ease.
Presle thuds a left hand into Jitsu's body.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Presle lands with a precision combination! Left, right, uppercut and Jitsu falls flat on his face, eyes wide open but he's out!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:28 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Ludovic Presle!
In his post fight interview, Ludovic Presle started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
