Coming up we have a middleweight kickboxing rules bout between JT Redman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joseph Amadi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Amadi has chosen Tupac - Out On Bail as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 10 - 3 - 1, fighting out of London, JT Redman!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 6 - 0, fighting out of New York, Joseph Amadi!
The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Paul Aken and Radbod Blank.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Redman with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.

Redman throws out a head kick that Amadi doesn't see coming - it connects and sends Amadi crashing to the mat face first! He's bounced up to his knees and is scrambling to get back to his feet and beat the count. He's up on 5 but still looks a bit groggy; will the referee allow it to continue??? He's taking a good look into Amadi's eyes and has decided to let it go on!


It looks like Joseph Amadi has been cut.
Amadi throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Redman works Amadi's body with a nice hook.
Amadi fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Redman manages to avoid it.
Amadi looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Amadi jabs at Redman's body.
Amadi throws a right hand that misses
and Redman counters with a right hand to the body.
Redman avoids a punch combination nicely.
An attempted straight right counter from Redman misses the target.
Amadi looks to land a right hand but Redman moved out of range.
Redman fires out a quick counter leg kick but Amadi just manages to avoid it.
Amadi throws a poor cross that misses
and Amadi takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Amadi scores with a hook to the body. Redman takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Amadi loads up on a big right hand but Redman slips the punch.
Redman ducks under a wild hook from Amadi.
Amadi looks to land a right hand but Redman moved out of range.
Redman went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.
A nice inside leg kick there by Redman. That's going to slow Amadi down.
Redman throws a series of punches but Amadi moves out of range.
Amadi closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Amadi throws the left hand but Redman avoids the punch easily.
Good exchange - Amadi coming out on top.


It looks like JT Redman has been cut.
Amadi throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Joseph Amadi seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Amadi moves out of range of the leg kick from Redman.
Redman moves away from the strike by Amadi.
Amadi throws a poor cross that misses
and Redman counters with a straight right hand.
Amadi tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Redman is able to avoid easily.
Amadi throws an overhand right that lands on Redman's shoulder, as Redman tries to avoid the shot.
Amadi takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Amadi cracks Redman with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Redman moves out of range as Amadi strikes.
Redman takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Redman feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Amadis jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Amadi misses the shot to the body.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Redman steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Amadi.
Redman jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.
Redman connects with a body shot.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Redman scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Amadi misses with a body shot.
It looked like Redman was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.
Amadi throws a jab when Redman was well out of range.
Amadi rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Redman counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Redman chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Redman blocks a jab.
A chopping leg kick lands by Redman.
Amadi misses the jab.
Amadi looks to land a right hand but Redman moved out of range.
Amadi throws the left hand but Redman avoids the punch easily.
Redman fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Amadi swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Redman.
Amadi thows a left - swing and a miss!
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Redman's corner calls for a 1-2. Redman obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Redman doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Amadi catches Redman with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Redman scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

JT Redman should take that round, based on the knockdown.
Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval.
Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!


Amadi misses with a shot to the body
and Redman counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Redman stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Amadi throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Redman throws a nice outside leg kick.
Redman lands a body shot.
JT Redman is winning the standup battle so far.
Redman looks to score with a jab to the body but Amadi is just out of range.
Amadi throws a nice outside leg kick.
Redman throws a sloppy head kick and Amadi moves out of range easily.
Amadi punishes Redman's body with a nice straight punch.
Amadi throws a body shot but no joy.
Amadi misses with a left hand
and Redman counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Amadi on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Amadi scores with a sloppy right hand. Redman should have avoided that one.
Amadi throws a lazy uppercut
and Redman counters with a straight right hand.
Redman scores with a nice strike.
Redman misses with an uppercut. Amadi saw that one coming.
Amadi ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Redman moves away.
Redman tried to counter with a leg kick but Amadi avoided it.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Redman uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Amadi.
Amadi looks to land a combination but Redman avoids it well.
Redman scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Amadi drops his guard momentarily, allowing Redman to crack him with a picture perfect lead left hook! Boom! Down goes Amadi! Oh, he's in big trouble - I don't like his chances here as the referee's count reaches 5. 6,7,8,9...10! He's out! Redman takes it!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:18 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punch). JT Redman!
JT Redman decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
