Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Pablo Pablos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nick Tricksen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tricksen cracks Pablos with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Pablos uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Tricksen.
Tricksen misses with a few strikes there.

Pablos shoots in for a takedown but Tricksen shows good takedown defense.
Pablos moves out of range as Tricksen strikes.
Pablos avoids a punch combination nicely.
Tricksen misses with a wild body shot.
Tricksen throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Pablos takes a shot to the body in his stride.
A left and a right from Tricksen both land. Nice combination.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Pablos tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Tricksen swivels and escapes.

Tricksen gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Tricksen can't break the clinch.

Pablos is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Tricksen to keep the fight standing.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Pablo Pablos. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Pablos has Tricksen pressed against the cage, preventing Tricksen from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Pablos can't get the takedown.
Pablos tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Tricksen just stands there and leans against the cage.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Pablos tries for a takedown but Tricksen manages to get underhooks.
Pablos keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Tricksen's efforts to push away.
Pablos fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Tricksen has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Pablos jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Tricksen walks away with a smile on his face. Pablos gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Pablos shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Tricksen is trying to defend but Pablos finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Pablos is looking for a kimura but Tricksen is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Pablos to get the leverage.

Tricksen looks like he's trying to stand up.

Pablos is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Tricksen is just riding it out for now. Pablos eventually gives up the hold.

Tricksen makes his way to full guard, as Pablos worked for a kimura.
Pablos stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Tricksen swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Tricksen is looking to stand up but Pablos isn't so interested in that idea.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!

The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Nick Tricksen dominated that round.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Nice sprawl there from Tricksen as Pablos shoots in.
Tricksen throws the left hand but Pablos avoids the punch easily.
Nick Tricksen seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Tricksen tries to close the distance and clinch but Pablos swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Pablos looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Tricksen pushes Pablos off looking to stand but Pablos dives back in and keeps control.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Pablos is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Tricksen defends it well.
Tricksen wants to get back to his feet.

Pablos is working for a kimura from half guard. He's really concentrating on the hold and it's allowed Tricksen to slip a leg under and get back to full guard.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Tricksen digs a good body shot into Pablos's ribs.
Pablos has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Tricksen finds it's way round the side to connect with Pablos's head.

Tricksen swings for the body but Pablos moves out of range.

Nick Tricksen is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Good standup being displayed there by Tricksen as he connects with a hook.

Pablos is rocked!
Tricksen wobbles Pablos with a right hand and the left hook that follows puts him on his rear! Tricksen dives in with a huge flying punch that connects right on the button and puts Pablos to sleep! - What a violent and spectacular finish!
