Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Brett Butterfly (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dumbass McWeakhands (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McWeakhands fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Butterfly has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
McWeakhands misses with a hook to the body
and Butterfly counters with a nice low kick that buckles McWeakhands's knee momentarily.
McWeakhands wants to slow Butterfly down by chopping away at his legs.
McWeakhands thows a left - swing and a miss!
Butterfly throws a low kick but it's checked well by McWeakhands.
Butterfly lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.

Butterfly has been working on his balance at Hell's Balls NY Hellcademy, so perhaps that has help him stuff some of the takedown attempts by McWeakhands.

Butterfly tries to score a power double leg takedown but McWeakhands sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Butterfly somewhat.
McWeakhands catches Butterfly with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
A decent looking body kick lands there for Butterfly.
Butterfly feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Butterfly is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but McWeakhands has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Butterfly is looking to defend but McWeakhands has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Butterfly! McWeakhands pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Butterfly taps out and this one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:19 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Dumbass McWeakhands!
A relieved looking Dumbass McWeakhands thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
