Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Yakozo Wansuki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Harmed Mohamed (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Harmed Mohamed!
The judges for this bout are Sosuke Kotani, Yasuomi Hirokawa and Ren Mimura.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mohamed misses with a wild combination.

Mohamed has managed to clinch.
Wansuki tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Mohamed just stands there and leans against the cage.
With the two fighters working up against the cage, Wansuki just misses with a elbow thrown towards Mohamed's brow.
Wansuki tries to break the clinch but Mohamed is controlling the position.
Mohamed makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
Mohamed is defending well against a takedown attempt.

Mohamed successfully pulls guard.
Mohamed looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Mohamed's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.

Mohamed has his foot on Wansuki's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Wansuki works his way back into a safe position though.
Wansuki stops Mohamed from standing up.
Mohamed is controlling Wansuki's posture.
Wansuki wants to control from the top but Mohamed keeps moving.
Mohamed is adopting a defensive guard.

The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Wansuki tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Mohamed defends well and Wansuki ends up having to push Mohamed into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Mohamed wants to counter the offense by Wansuki and move into the clinch position.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Yakozo Wansuki. That's going to take a lot out of him.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Wansuki knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Mohamed on the ground.

Wansuki controls Mohamed momentarily but Mohamed frees himself.
Mohamed trying to control but Wansuki is working from the bottom.
Mohamed stands and throws Wansuki's legs to the side, diving into side control.

Mohamed cracks Wansuki with a big elbow.

Wansuki is rocked!
Wansuki tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Oh Wansuki is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Wansuki is breathing heavily.
Mohamed scores with a big shot from side control... and another... and another! Oh Wansuki is done here - save him referee! More strikes land and eventually the ref does step in and Mohamed can finally stop beating on his defenseless opponent!
