The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chantry fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Chantry swats away the attempt to clinch by Baroni.
Chantry bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Baroni misses with the combination.
Chantry displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Baroni throws out the jab.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Baroni moves into range and clinches up with Chantry.

Chantry ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Chantry no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.

Chantry escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Baroni gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Chantry looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Baroni is defending well. Chantry quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Baroni has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Chantry celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
