Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Winston Sanford (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Divad Snikduj (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Divad Snikduj enters the cage!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A left and a right from Snikduj both land. Nice combination.

It looks like Winston Sanford has been cut.

Sanford tries to keep at a distance but Snikduj has taken the fight into the clinch.
Snikduj can't break the clinch.
Snikduj is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.
A frustrated look appears on Snikduj's face as he tries to break the clinch.

Snikduj breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Sanford slips a jab and a cross from Snikduj.
Snikduj throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Sanford's waist but Sanford gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Snikduj off to one side.
Snikduj should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

Snikduj shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Sanford but Sanford pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Sanford seemed to be looking to counter by closing the distance.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Snikduj misses with a straight right.
Snikduj connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Sanford's hands.
Snikduj avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Snikduj throws a wild body kick that Sanford sees coming a mile off.
Sanford tries to counter by moving into the clinch but Snikduj manages to circle out of the way.
Snikduj throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

and Snikduj counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.

Sanford has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Snikduj is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

Winston Sanford's cut is getting worse.

Snikduj jumps guard and drags Sanford to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.

Snikduj is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Sanford defends well.

Snikduj is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Sanford is working Snikduj over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.

Sanford avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Sanford throws a big right hand that misses.

Snikduj is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Sanford dives into side control.

Snikduj sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard.
Sanford will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Snikduj wants to improve his position but Sanford is controlling well.
Snikduj tries to kick Sanford off but Sanford keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.

The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.

Snikduj gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Snikduj is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Sanford to keep the fight standing.
Winston Sanford has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Divad Snikduj.

Sanford takes a shot to the head.
Snikduj lands with a light punch inside.
Sanford comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.

Snikduj's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Oh Sanford is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Winston Sanford's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
Snikduj lands a big right hook! Sanford looks hurt but is still standing! Snikduj lands a left jab and another right hook! This time Sanford falls down and Snikduj dives in with a huge hammer fist! Sanford's eyes roll back! The referee calls for the bell and Snikduj runs up the cage to celebrate with his fans!
