Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Wado Ryu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Aldrei Meira (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). He arrived on a last minute flight shortly after looking tired and unhappy. Officials decided the fight should still take place, much to the delight of the fans in attendance.
Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Wado Ryu and Aldrei Meira. Chooooooooon! I think Ryu might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to kalimba. The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Wado Ryu!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Aldrei Meira!
The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, Paul Tew and Colin Fotheringham.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Meira scores with a nice head shot.
It looks like Wado Ryu has been cut.
Nice jab there from Meira.
Ryu pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Meira cracks Ryu with an open hand slap.
Ryu is rocked!
Meira cracks Ryu with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Meira has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Ryu to stand back up!
Oh Ryu is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Aldrei Meira seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Ryu walks forward, straight into a front kick from Meira.
Meira fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Ryu has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Ryu throws a chopping leg kick but Meira manages to avoid taking any serious damage.
Ryu doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Ryu seems to have got his legs back now.
Ryu throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Meira fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Ryu is breathing heavily.
Meira lands with an overhand left.
Meira lands a right hook to the body.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Ryu connects with a nice looking jab.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Meira.
Meira lands a big uppercut and Ryu crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Ryu looks OK. Meira waves Ryu back to his feet!
Meira fakes the leg kick and throws a superman punch. It's knocked Ryu out cold! Brutal finish!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:25 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Superman Punch). Aldrei Meira!
