The crowd seem to be enjoying Diaz's choice of entrance music: Fort Minor-Remember The Name. Perseen Suti could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Nick Diaz's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Suti bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Diaz avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Diaz flicks out a counter leg kick but Suti steps away.
Suti tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Diaz was well out of range. Poor timing from Suti.
Suti tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Diaz stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.

Suti closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Diaz quickly recovers to half guard.

Suti is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Diaz defends it well.

Suti got a little sloppy there for a moment and Diaz has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Suti has managed to get both his arms back between Diaz's legs - danger averted.
