Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, Alec Ball and Dillan Fox.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice jab there from McHail.
Ragnard gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.

Ragnard is rocked!
McHail uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Ragnard has time to react.
Ragnard is still on wobbly legs! Can McHail finish him?

Oooooh!!! McHail has knocked Ragnard down with a huge combo! McHail steps away and waves a wobbly Ragnard back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
McHail definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
This has been an exciting period of action!
McHail pushing out the jab but it's not landing.

McHail tries to keep at a distance but Ragnard has taken the fight into the clinch.

Ragnard stalling here - the referee won't stand for too much of that.

Ragnard's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
McHail dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Johnny McHail is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Ragnard cracks McHail with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Ragnard takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Ragnard has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.

Ragnard throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. McHail was covering up waiting for the punch and Ragnard finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Ragnard stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. McHail swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Ragnard won't allow McHail to get back to his feet.
Ragnard controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
McHail controls Ragnard momentarily but Ragnard frees himself.

Ragnard is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.
Ragnard thows a left - swing and a miss!
Ragnard steps to the side to avoid the strikes from McHail.

McHail lands with a hook. Ragnard tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
McHail is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range.

McHail drops Ragnard with a beautiful combination! Ragnard stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - McHail is looking for the KO!
Ragnard tried to score with a low kick but McHail checks it.
Ragnard gets caught by a big overhand right and goes down! McHail gets on top of him and starts throwing some serious punches until the ref intervenes and stops the fight!
