Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Miguel Escrima (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mike Lie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Escrima comes to the cage accompanied by Bamboleo. Lie has chosen we right here as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Wesley Smith and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Escrima moves into range and connects with a jab.
Lie swinging wildly here.
Lie tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Escrima cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Lie darts in trying to clinch
and Escrima counters with a straight right hand.
Lie moves in looking to clinch but Escrima pushes him off.
Lie on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Lie throws a left and a right that both miss
and Escrima moves into the clinch.
Escrima pushes Lie back against the cage and unloads with a body punch.
Lie is trying to break the clinch but Escrima has him pressed against the cage.
Escrima is working Lie over against the cage.
Escrima works on Lie's body with a couple of short punches.
Lie looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.
Lie wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.

Come on Escrima - let's have some action - none of this stalling nonsense.
Escrima scores with a hook to the body.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Lie has had enough of the clinch but Escrima keeps him there for the moment.
Escrima throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges.

Escrima is leaning against Lie and scores with a nice uppercut to the body.
Escrima cracks Lie with a nice body shot.
Escrima tightens his grip and picks Lie up, before dumping him to the ground. Lie manages to land in guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Escrima drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Escrima jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Escrima seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
Escrima continues to stall.
Escrima sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Lie's guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Escrima is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Lie is just riding it out for now. Escrima eventually gives up the hold.
Escrima works his foot free and advances to mount.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Escrima controlling the pace for now.
Lie has given up his back.
Lie wants to get back to his feet. He's half way up but Escrima drags him back down with a jolt, managing to get his forearm deep under Lie 's chin! Lie is in real trouble! His face is turning bright red and he's forced to tap! This one is all over!
