The judges for this bout are Micheangelo Fripello, Jeff Smith and Roger Salmon.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Erokhin moves into range and clinches up with Byers.
Erokhin throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Byerss head.
It looks like Keneth Byers has been cut.
Byers wants a takedown but no success here.
Erokhin lands a body punch - he's looking to wear down Byers.
Byers could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Erokhin stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body.

Both fighters working to control the clinch.
Byers drops down looking for an ankle pick but Erokhin pulls his leg out and moves away.
Erokhin has taken the fight to the clinch.
Erokhin throws a head punch that misses.
Byers's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
Byers is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Erokhin to keep the fight standing.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Keneth Byers. That's going to take a lot out of him.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Erokhin makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
Erokhin misses with a punch on the inside.
Erokhin tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Byers's elbow.
Byers has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Byers goes for a takedown in the clinch but Erokhin prevents it.
Erokhin tries to break free but Byers pushes him back against the cage.

Erokhin gets through Byers's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.
Erokhin tries to work over Byers's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.

Byers is breathing heavily.

Byers wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.

Erokhin lands a nice shot to the body.

Byers is rocked!
Erokhin manages to break the clinch.
Oh Byers is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Erokhin cracks Byers with a left hook right on the temple and Byers goes down! He's out! Referee! Stop the fight! Erokhin lands a few more punches before the dopey ref steps in - hopefully Byers is OK!
