Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Jack Clark (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Efriam Haldi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Clark comes into the arena with Rent a Wreck blaring out of the sound system. The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

16 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Efriam Haldi!
The judges for this bout are Hirohito Nitta, Taro Takaoka and Yukihiro Yamamoto.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Haldi throws a leg kick that is checked
and Clark counters with a straight right hand.
Efriam Haldi seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A big left from Clark misses.
Clark swinging wildly here.
Haldi steps in looking to clinch after the strikes miss from Clark.
Haldi looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
Clark misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Haldi.

and Clark connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

It looks like Efriam Haldi has been cut.
Clark cracks a nice hook into Haldi's ribs.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Haldi is looking to clinch.
Haldi tries to clinch but Clark moves out of range.
Clark throws a looping overhand right but Haldi ducks down to avoid it.
Haldi closes the distance and pushes Clark back into the cage.
Haldi lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Clark backwards.
Clark blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.

Clark tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Haldi lands with a light punch inside.
A short body shot lands from Clark as the two fighters clinch.
Clark managing to block the knees to the body from Haldi.

Clark lands on the inside with an uppercut.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Haldi.
Haldi is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Clark gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
Clark doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
Clark goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Clark is working Haldi over against the cage.
Haldi misses with a punch on the inside.
Haldi gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Clark looking to sweep here. No luck so far.

Clark is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Haldi tries to free his leg and advance position but Clark is retaining full guard.
Haldi is still trying to improve position.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Haldi passes easily into side control. Nice work.

Haldi wants to control the pace but Clark is squirming around nicely.
Clark is looking to improve his position but Haldi isn't that keen on the idea.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Haldi trying to control but he's not successful this time.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Haldi is trying to take his opponent's back.
Haldi jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Clark manages to avoid the submission attempt.
Haldi is working to tighten his grip on Clark's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Clark has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Haldi is really squeezing tight and eventually Clark passes out! Haldi breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
